I often say this field chose me long before I chose it.

When I was four years old, I watched my younger sister begin her special education journey. I saw her world open in new ways, and I watched the incredible impact her team had, not just on her learning, but on our whole family.

They didn’t just support her at school. They helped my family learn how to bring strategies, routines, and supports into our home.

That experience stayed with me.

Pursuing a certification in special education and becoming a board certified behavior analyst was never accidental. I always knew I wanted to support learners and families the same way my sister’s team supported mine.

Today, Coffee Mugs & Clipboards exists to support families in the everyday moments of home life.

I imagined a space where families could come for support and thoughtful guidance for the rhythms of their days.

A place to brew simple, sustainable strategies that help children grow while making daily routines feel more manageable for parents.

Through thoughtful guidance, behavior-based strategies, and simple routines, my goal is to help families build rhythms that feel supportive, sustainable, and meaningful for both children and the adults who care for them.

I’m so glad our paths crossed
